Meet the TRACE and LORE team

Bri

I’m an archivist, storyteller who puts my love of spreadsheets and data organization to use as a project manager, helping grassroots organizations like the AAC to manage their time and resources. When not working on tasks for the AAC, I can usually be found working on my MLIS coursework, teaching myself new DAM and project management skills, hyper-fixating on a new creative project, and/or snuggling with my dog.

Midge

Midge is a volunteer researcher and cataloguer for LORE and TRACE. Currently employed at NYPL, working on her MIS, with focuses on accessibility in GLAMR heritage spaces. In her free time she’s cycling, reading sci-fi, and listening to rock music.

Audrey

Audrey volunteers as an archive tech and researcher on the LORE and TRACE teams for the AAC. When they’re not working on AAC tasks, they’re usually studying for their MLIS, reading, cross stitching, or watching horror movies.

Kronacorda
Hello! I’m Kronacorda. I’m primarily a cataloger and researcher at the AAC. I work in media preservation specializing in digitization in the real world, and I am very passionate about internet preservation. I’ve learned the hard way that if you want something to be preserved, you have to do it yourself, so I’m very excited to play a part in ensuring that the internet is independently archived.

G. Jean
I’m an astrologer, mixed media collage artist and a student of anti-imperialism. I live in the rural northern plains and enjoy collecting vinyl records, natural history oddities and revolutionary literature.

Raen Kao
Cataloging US East Coast colleges’ history of student activism and researching AI ethics.

Cyan
I am a disabled and self-taught archivist who has spent the last two years using my knowledge in computer networking technology to do something I believe in. My goal is to help make information freely available, even in a world where access to it is being restricted and censored. When I’m not archiving, you can find me reading a book or drawing in my sketchbook.

Erica

Research Analyst

Madi

My name is Madi, I’m a hobbyist researcher and data hoarder who occasionally writes. I focus primarily on current events and Appalachia.

Birdie
My friends call me Birdie. I’m a legal analyst professionally and a “jack of all trades” type of person. When I’m not working you can find me under a quilt reading or out riding my bike.
